Novaqis (Novaqis Technologies LLP) exists to give regulated industries a modern, defensible alternative to legacy document and quality platforms, without sacrificing auditability, data residency, or validation discipline. We build software practitioners would choose for their own sites: stable implementations, clear segregation of duties, and user experiences that match how quality teams actually work.

Founded by practitioners
Novaqis was founded by Ashutosh Biswal in Vadodara, India in 2025, with roughly eight years of experience delivering and operating large-scale GxP quality and document systems. The team focuses on implementations that hold up under inspection, pleasant day-to-day operation, and total cost of ownership that respects mid-market and global pharma alike.

How we work
Product decisions emphasize traceability, controlled documents, meaningful electronic signatures, and clear separation of duties across the suite, including partner-facing tools such as Novaqis Studio for licensing, quotes, support ticketing, and customer portals.
